Michelle Cohen is a seasoned producer, director, performer, author and teacher.

Currently she is in pre-production for her first feature film, The Girl Behind Hollywood (a biopic on Mary Pickford which has the full support of the Mary Pickford Foundation).

At home on stage as well as behind the scenes, Michelle is also a highly sought after producer/director/coach — working with actors and singers at all levels.

Michelle produced the Off-Broadway musical hit Schoolhouse Rock Live!, is CEO and President of Fill'er Up Productions, Inc., and has directed numerous productions in NYC.

Michelle is a professional actress and singer (a member of Actor's Equity). She has performed in over 50 musicals and plays and soloed in hundreds of concerts. She trained both in the US (graduating from Sarah Lawrence College) and in London (The British American Drama Academy). She has taught singing and acting privately for over ten years and at several acting schools, including NYU.

Most recently, Michelle served as general manager for the workshop of George Furth and Doug Katsaros' new musical The End.
